Rich with history and meaning, this reversible pendant offers a beautiful connection to the earliest days of the Christian faith. One side features the Ichthys, an ancient fish symbol used by early Christians to identify themselves as followers of Jesus. The Greek word Ichthys means “fish,” but its letters also came to represent “Jesus Christ, Son of God, Savior.”

Finished with a warm, textured golden surface and darkened artisan detailing, the pendant reverses to reveal a simple hand-hewn marking on the opposite side. Suspended from a delicate golden chain, it has the character of a treasured piece discovered long ago and carried forward through generations.

More than a beautiful necklace, it’s a quiet reminder that the faith we carry today is the same faith believers have held close for centuries.

Part of the appeal of handcrafted sterling silver jewelry includes slight variations and irregularities in the silversmith's work; these variations are not defects but rather the silversmith's style.  No two are exactly alike.
